Exchange Policy at the store

Link accepts the return of any item within a 5 days period from the purchase date only with your purchase receipt. Link does not return money. You can exchange your item for any other of the same or more price range. The item must be in perfect condition for the policy to be applied.

The Romero Britto collection items are Final sale, there's no exchange on this items.

The cords are not included in the exchange policy as this is a natural product which will not last longer due to regular wear and tear. For more information on materials go to the jewelry care section.

Fallen stones does not apply to the exchange policy, stones can be replace by your local jeweler. Link Collection does not offer a repair service as Link Collection is a point of sale store. You should contact a professional jeweler for any repairs on your items. For more information on materials go to the jewelry care section.

when exchanging a gold plated item for a stainless steel item, you will be charge the difference in price from both items and the new cord. The cord is not included in the exchange policy.
